Jason Goode

Director of Physical Therapy

Jason Goode earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Sciences and Master's of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He graduated in 2006 and has practiced physical therapy professionally since then. He moved to Dallas to do inpatient and outpatient therapy along with aquatic therapy and cardiac rehab. He joined IOSM in 2009 and is in the process of earning his Strength and Conditioning certification and along with special interests in functional manual therapy. He enjoys training for triathlons and running with his dog. He really takes pride in his treatment and likes working with shoulders, hips, knees and ankles.








Randy Misenheimer

Staff Physical Therapist

Randy Misenheimer graduated from Texas Women's University in 1979 with a bachelor's of science in physical therapy.  He has practiced physical therapy in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for the past 28 years.  Randy and two partners began Physical Therapy of Irving in January 2001.  He and his partners later sold the practice to Irving Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in September 2006, where he has continued serving as a physical therapist.  He and his wife, Bonnie, have two grown children.  His outside interests include spending time with his family, church, hunting and sports.



Cassie Pitts

Staff Occupational Therapist, Registered

Cassie Pitts earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Missouri Southern State University and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women’s University.  She has been practicing since 2007 and has worked with patients with a variety of injuries including trauma, orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, burns, hands and general medicine in inpatient rehab, acute care and outpatient settings.  She joined IOSM in 2011 to become more specialized in hands and to work on her Hand Therapist Certification (CHT).  Her interests include crafts, traveling with her husband, playing with her dogs and church activities.  She loves being a part of helping people get their hand and arm function back.











Monica Thorn

Staff Physical Therapist Assistant

Monica graduated from Kilgore College in 1996 with an Associates in Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She is experienced in acute, outpatient and rehab settings.  She is a clinical instructor to PTA students.  Monica is from Tyler, Texas and relocated to Irving in 2013 when she joined the IOSM team.  She and her husband, Justin, enjoy spending time together and playing with their dogs.  She is passionate about her career abd this shows in the care she gives her patients.




Jamieson Bryant

Staff Physical Therapist Assistant


Jamieson Bryant earned his Associate's degree as a physical therapist assistant in 2012 from McIennan Community College in Waco, Texas.  He has been focusing on outpatient orthopedics since graduation and began serving as a physical therapist assistant at IOSM in 2014.  He loves having a hand in people's recovery and functional improvement.  Besides physical therapy, his interests include church, music, martial arts, spending time with his wife and traveling.
